Pathfinder sets up three customer status tags which identify whether a customer is active, disengaged or lapsed.

These tags are within the customer status tag category. By default a customer is considered:

  • Active if they have made a purchase in the last 90 days.

  • Disengaged if they have made a purchase in the last 180 days, but not in the last 90 days.

  • Lapsed if they have a made a purchase but it was not in the last 180 days.

To Change these Thresholds

To set the thresholds for this rule, go to Contacts - Settings.

Find the fields for Customer Status:

By setting this value, disengaged and lapsed thresholds will be automatically adjusted too.
