This is a Pathfinder Pro feature.
If your store uses the Magento 1 or Magento 2 platform, as you connect it to Pathfinder, you will be asked to select the customer attributes you would like to sync with Pathfinder.
Here, you can select to sync fields like date of birth, prefix, suffix, middle name, VAT etc. When synced with Pathfinder, all those fields from your store will become Magento attributes in Pathfinder and all customer data will be available in customer's Shopper DNA, under Magento attributes menu option.
Contact data is split in many segments. Examples of these are;
- Basic info - which includes the Email address, First name, Last name, phone numbers,
- Geographics - which include the Addresses, Country, City, postcode
- Demographics - which include the customers gender.
All other customer attributes coming from your Magento store, will be synced under the Magento attributes segment in Pathfinder.
Use condition search to setup triggers based on these fields.
