This is the point when you suddenly realise the full scope and power you have at your fingertips with a marketing automation toolset.
What's that? You say I can now target every individual person differently across every single channel, based on every possible interaction? You say I can segment anything, test anything, and design any type of marketing experience I can put into words? You say I can predict what my customers are going to do before they even know it themselves and setup customised sequences to influence their decisions?
Gosh! Where on earth do we even begin?
When the epiphany strikes and the realisation sinks in, it's very common to start feeling overwhelmed.
The most important thing here is is to realise you don't have to do everything at once.
It's not all or nothing. It's perfectly ok to take this one step at a time and move forwards incrementally, rather than try to implement everything at once and end up muddled and confused.
Even just starting with the basics can add a massive improvement to your bottom line, so it's always good to keep things in perspective and see the big picture. Even if you only implement a few things at first, it'll still be a massive improvement to how you used to do marketing.
