This is a Pathfinder Pro feature.
Schedule an email to a team member as part of the workflow of your campaign, as a reminder or an alert after an event has occurred.
Go to Campaigns - and select your campaign. In the campaign builder, on the right hand side, select the Email Team Member icon and drag it to your workflow.
You can Choose an email that has already been made or Add a new email. You can also select which team member to send the email to, and a delay, if necessary.
Add New Email
When you select Add New Email, you can add the below to your internal email.
- Email Name.
- Subject Line.
- From Name.
- From Email.
- Text in the body of the email.
Save to return back to the campaign builder.
