These are some of the parameters you can use to target contacts.

You can use these by themselves or combine with other parameters to narrow your segment further.

  • Key actions - Which important milestones has the contact completed? Add new tags here ¬†for other key actions relevant to your specific business.
  • Recent events - Has the contact recently completed any important actions?
  • Form submissions - Target contacts who have / have not submitted a particular opt-in form.
  • Misc tags - Tags that don't fit anywhere else
  • Calculations - Tags used to calculate other tags
