Engagement refers to how frequently and in what way is the contact engaging with your store. These are some of the parameters you can use to target contacts.

You can use these by themselves or combine with other parameters to narrow your segment further.

Engagement

  • Email engagement (PRO) - Filters based on whether Pathfinder has identified low email engagement.
  • Web engagement (PRO) - Filters based on whether Pathfinder has identified low web engagement.
  • Buying temperature (PRO) - Filters based on whether Pathfinder has identified normal or warm interest in purchasing. 
  • First seen (PRO) - Filters based on recency of contacts first visit to your website. Page views before Pathfinder was installed will not be recorded.
  • Last seen (PRO) - Filters based on how long ago the contact first visited your website. Page views before Pathfinder was installed will not be recorded.
  • Number of pages viewed (PRO) - How many page views have been recorded by the contact in the last specified period of days?
