When creating a calendar or a follow-up campaign from the assistant you will be automatically loaded with a campaign assistant guide that will explain the campaign and it's actions step by step.

However, this feature can be disabled easily, from your account settings page, into the Company section:

And scroll down to the bottom of the page where you'll find the toggle for the Auto launch campaign guides, and switch it of: 

When auto launch turned off, you'll only load the guide when you like, by clicking the campaign Task List icon on the bottom of the page:

And clicking the Launch Campaign Guide:
